Rules of Stay

• Check in time is 14:00. Early check in is possible but is subject of room availability. Additional charges may apply (no refunds provided for early check in).
• Valid passport is required at check in.
• Check out time is before 12:00. Late check out is possible but is subject of room availability. Additional charges may apply (no refunds provided for late check out).
• The management is not responsible for any loss of personal items left unattended.
• Consuming alcoholic beverages is prohibited in our hotels.
• All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only in places specified by the receptionist.
• Customers shall be charged for any damage caused by them to any hotel's property during their stay. The charge depends on the market price of the damaged property.
• Children up to 6 years old stay for free on the available beds. No extra beds are available.
• Animals are not allowed.

• Don’t have a valid passport or other government issued ID’s;
• Is under the age of 18 years unless accompanied by an adult or having a legal permit from parents;
• Is drunk, violent, aggressive or out-of-control;
• Disturb other guests, making them feel uncomfortable;
• Don't accept our rules of stay.
